If you wish to return or replace a product, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request the return of one or more products of your order.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, report it within 48 hours of receiving the order. Reports of products damaged beyond 48 hours will be handled as warranty claims.
IMPORTANT. The returned products must never have been used and / or washed. In case of return of a product or package that is not intact, the refund will not be issued. The customer will have 14 days to collect the product at his expense, after which the product will be disposed of.
