Can't be at home at the time of delivery?
No problem! At the checkout you can choose to receive your order in a DPD Parcel Shop and pick it up at your convenience.
How it works

At checkout choose the delivery point you prefer
Receive delivery notice
When your order is ready for withdrawal you will receive a notice by e-mail.
Pick up your order
Pick up the shipment by the date that will be indicated in the delivery confirmation email
conditions and limitations
- It is not possible to pay cash on delivery for orders destined to Fermopoint
- The maximum weight of the shipment is 20 kg and with a maximum dimension of the longest side not exceeding 120 cm.
- BRT Fermopoint only accept single-piece shipments.
For these limitations we may need to contact you to change the delivery address from the chosen Fermopoint to your home
