We offer 3 return and refund methods.

🚜 SMART RETURN: Ship with a free prepaid DHL label and we will refund you with a purchase voucher to spend on Combat Arena equal to the value of the returned products. Discover the nearest DHL Point.

🚛 STANDARD RETURN: ship the return with a courier of your choice and we will refund you on the payment method used for the order. Shipping costs are at your expense and will not be refunded.

🚂 STANDARD RETURN WITH PARTNER COURIER: Ship with a prepaid DHL label and we will refund you on the payment method used at the time of the order. The label has a cost of 9 €, which will be deducted from the refund. Discover the nearest DHL Point.

• You can send the return with any courier
• The refund will be made using the same payment method as the order except for cash on delivery, which will be refunded via Bank Transfer.
  WARNING: orders paid with credit will be refunded with credit as it is the payment method used for the order.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded
• You must send the returned products within 10 days from the date of the return request
• If you paid by cash on delivery, we will refund you via bank transfer
• The refund is issued within 10 days from the day we receive the return.

• The voucher is issued after the return has arrived at our warehouse and has been verified
• With the voucher, you can purchase a product of a different size or any other product
• Only 1 SMART RETURN can be requested for each order
  SMART RETURN and STANDARD RETURN WITH AGREED COURIER do not apply to products weighing more than 10 kg. If you have doubts about the weight of the products, contact our customer service before making the purchase
• The amount of the voucher will be equal to the value of the products. Any shipping costs, cash on delivery, or other charges will not be refunded.
• To get a full refund, select the STANDARD RETURN mode.

WARNING! Products and their packaging (cases, boxes, labels) must be returned intact, must not have been used or washed. The return of a product or its packaging that is not intact will cancel the refund. The customer will have 14 days to collect the product at their expense. After 14 days the product will be disposed of.
