In case of standard return and return with contracted courier, you will be refunded to the payment method of the order except for cash on delivery, which will be refunded via bank transfer. In case of smart return, you will be refunded with a purchase voucher to be used on Combat Arena. NOTE: orders previously paid with a purchase voucher will be refunded with a purchase voucher as it is the payment method used for the order.

In case of standard return, the refund is equal to the full value of your order including any shipping costs. In case of return with contracted courier, we will retain 9 €. In case of smart return, the refund amount (issued via purchase voucher) is equal to the value of the products.

The refund is issued within 48 hours from the moment we receive your return. In the case of a smart return, you will receive an email with the coupon immediately after the refund is issued. In the case of a return to your payment method, the time for the refund to be credited back can vary from 2 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The organization of the shipment is your responsibility and you can ship with any courier. We recommend using a tracked shipment to be able to monitor the delivery status.

The shipping costs of the standard return are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

If you use our labels (smart return and return with contracted courier), the labels are valid for 7 days, after which they will no longer be active. We invite you to return the item within 7 days from the issuance of the labels. In case of standard return, you must send the return to our warehouses within 14 days from the approval of the return request.

To obtain a full refund, the products and their packaging (cases, boxes, labels) must be returned intact, must not have been used or washed. The return of a product or its packaging that is not intact will void the refund. The customer will have 14 days to collect the product at their own expense. After 14 days, the product will be disposed of.
