Shipping has a standard cost of €5.90 for all destinations. With orders over 89 € shipping is free. Minor islands excluded, see the list on this page.

The products you see on the site are all in stock. Most deliveries take 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) from the time of order. Delivery to the south and islands may take an extra day. Exceptional delays may occur due to couriers Up to 14 working days from the time of shipment.

The courier is automatically chosen to ensure the best delivery service and fast shipping time. Therefore, the customer cannot choose it.

The courier will make 2 delivery attempts, if the customer is absent on the first day, the courier will come again on the next working day. If the customer refuses the package (or does not pay the COD amount), the package will return to the sender.

It is not possible to request a specific delivery time. We encourage you to have your order delivered to a delivery address where a person is available to receive the package.

Couriers do not have a telephone, so they cannot contact customers before delivery.

The courier is required to deliver the package to a person, who must sign the delivery receipt. If the recipient or his proxy is not present, the delivery cannot be made. If the customer agrees on his own initiative with the courier to deliver to an unattended place, he will assume responsibility for theft or loss.

Yes, it is possible to cancel an order after shipment. The order will be refunded within 7 days after it returns to our warehouses. If the courier will still try delivery, the customer is required to refuse the order. If the order is still delivered, we will arrange for pickup at our expense. Attention. The return of the product to stock from the time of the cancellation request may take up to 30 days.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive floor delivery, only curbside delivery.

In this case report the problem to us as soon as possible. Sometimes for organizational reasons couriers mark a package as delivered and deliver it the next day. If the package turns out to be lost or stolen we will initiate an investigation with the courier company. We will need your cooperation: you will need to provide us with information and documents to prove that you did not receive the package (the procedure will be explained to you by our customer service department). If the search for the package at the courier company's premises is unsuccessful, the package will be considered stolen and a report will be sent to law enforcement. It may take up to 14 days from the date of your report of an unreceived package for a refund to be issued or resubmitted.
