Delivery guarantee

If your order is delivered more than 10 working days after the order date, we will issue a €10 voucher as a refund, redeemable on Combat Arena.
Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered working days and are therefore not included in the calculation.
For example: if you place an order on Monday, July 1st, and the delivery takes place on Tuesday, July 16th, you may request the delivery guarantee if the delivery occurred from Wednesday, July 10th onwards. Please fill out the form to request the delivery guarantee.
