The return with Poste Italiane is free: you can choose to take the return to a post office or Poste point or request home pickup. You will not have to pay any amount of money to either the courier or the post office.

Print the prepaid return label we sent you by e-mail and paste it on the package so that all the information is clearly visible.
Waybill is how Poste Italiane identifies the return label. Therefore Waybill and Return Label are the same thing.
The waybill number is the 13-digit alphanumeric code that appears below the horizontal barcode on the waybill (or return label). An example of a waybill number is: 7C5721H1020238
From the time you receive the return label you have 7 calendar days to ship the return. If you are unable to ship within that time contact our customer service department.
We will issue the refund/credit when the return is returned to our warehouses and inspected. It takes 2-4 business days to return to the warehouses, and it takes an additional 2-3 business days to inspect the return and issue the refund.
The return label is prepaid and you will not have to pay any money to either the post office agent or the courier who picks up at your home.
Once your return has been shipped, you can check the status of your shipment by entering your waybill number (return label) in the form on this page under "track your return."
