How to fit your Mouthguard SAFEJAWZ

You will need :

A kettle
A bowl
A mirror
Cold running water
A spoon

Boil the water in the kettle and pour it into a bowl.
Immediately submerge the Mouthguard in the hot water for 30 seconds. If the Mouthguard starts to shrink before 30 seconds have passed, remove it immediately and proceed to the next step.
Carefully remove the Mouthguard from the hot water with the spoon.
Wet your lips and carefully place the Mouthguard in your mouth.
Looking in the mirror, align the Mouthguard with the center line of your upper teeth and gently bite the Mouthguard, closing your lips over the Mouthguard. Be careful not to bite the Mouthguard.
Suck the Mouthguard while using your fingers on the outside of your lips to gently press it against your teeth and gum line. Do this for 30 seconds.
Remove the Mouthguard and place it under cold running water for 30 seconds.
Put it back in your mouth and check that it fits well. If it's not perfect, repeat the entire process.
