What makes it special
The Punching Ball OSU Endurance is the perfect tool for working on stroke accuracy, speed, combinations, footwork, dodges, hand-eye coordination, endurance and more. Its special feature is the reflex bar, which is a rotating bar made of stainless steel and padded, which starts moving once you hit it, testing the quickness of your reflexes. The top target is padded with high-density foam to best cushion the blows. Installation is very simple: just fill the base with about 110 kg of water or sand and you can start your training!
