The BJJ Gi Halfsumo Archangel Black is a limited edition dogi, designed to celebrate balance, discipline, and attention to detail. Born from the concept of duality – light and darkness – it represents the two energies that coexist in every athlete, reminding that true strength lies in mastering both.

The jacket is made of 395 gr/mq Pearl Weave:, durable, lightweight, and battle-ready. The internal lining with sublimated graphics themed Archangel evokes the determination needed to rise. The Trousers are made of 10 oz ripstop, sturdy and comfortable, ideal for intense training and competitions.

An exclusive washable bag completes the set. The’Archangel is not just a kimono: it is a symbol of balance between shadow and light, both on and off the tatami.

Half Sumo is an independent brand founded in 2018 in Brooklyn, speaking to those who live Jiu Jitsu, MMA and Wrestling as a way of life. Forged in New York, it blends urban culture and the martial path (Budo), merging technical performance with artistic design. The project is signed by Italian designer Luigi Scarcella Perino (three-time USA Karate Kyokushin champion and athlete at the Tokyo World Championships 2019 and 2023) and Alberto Marchetti (Jiu Jitsu black belt under Renzo Gracie with extensive international experience). The garments stand out for their hand-drawn Irezumi-style graphics, powerful and symbolic, telling stories of discipline, honor, and transformation. Everything takes shape in limited editions and capsule drops, designed to be worn, lived, and collected.
